We used bootstrap to re-skin our existing review forms with minimal platform changes, adding in session logging functionality to connect the email form to the site form. We customized interactive "review star" codes so that the display and caption would update dynamically based on where the customer's mouse was, and persisted as necessary.
Review Request Email
Working with product management & designers to prototype different designs for the review request template, the ‘winner’ of our A/B testing of review email templates featured selectable rating stars as the sole call-to-action.
Responsive Review Submission Form
After designers simplified the design of our review response form to create the new responsive template, I used Bootstrap to rapidly prototype a responsive and user friendly review form. Touch-friendly buttons were implemented for gathering valuable demographic information from verified customers.
